A viral video showing Ghana’s president H.E Nanka Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo and a beautiful white lady sitting together in a plush restaurant has received massive reactions online.

                

The 10seconds video captured President Akuffo Addo ,in a black suit flipping through the menu book of the restaurant whilst the white lady stylishly played with her hair.

                

There has not been any official response on the content of the video ever since it hit the internet.

                 

This has led to many wild speculations with some indicating that the said white lady is the side chick of the president and also alleged reactions from Serwaa Broni on her Instagram page captioned “My boyfriend is cheating” with a sad emoji sparks mix reactions.

                  

 NAFTI fact finders took it upon themselves to investigate if indeed the said allegations were accurate.

                   

 So, how true is it? 

First of all, the topic of the news story is misleading. It says; "H.E Nana Addo Dankwa seen chilling with one of his beautiful girlfriends". They obviously brought in such a topic to get more people to click on their story. The said woman who was seen with the president is not one of his girlfriends but the Norwegian ambassador to Ghana who's in the person of Ingrid Mollestad.  We got this revelation when we were searching through the comment section under the video. We therefore searched for the Norwegian ambassador to Ghana on Google search and got her images. We also used twitter to search for account. We concluded that it was her when we inserted the video in the INVID verification plugin. It attested to the fact that the white woman is Ingrid Mollestad. This proves that the topic is misleading. Secondly the whole news story was being exaggerated. Yes, they were at kozo restaurant and that can be proved with a picture from Google which showed the exact place where His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa and the Norwegian ambassador sat at Kozo restaurant.

Again, it was clear that they were having a meeting because the 10 seconds video showed the president and the Norwegian ambassador flipping through a menu book and nothing extra. Below is the said video:

RATING: Part of the story stated that " H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo was seen with a beautiful white lady " which is actually true , but holds only 20% truth in the story.

The main story behind the viral video says His Excellency was seen chilling with his girlfriend; which is 80% false . The video only captures the president and white lady flipping through a menu book at the Kozo restaurant . Through research , Nafti fact finders found out the white lady in question is the Norwegian ambassador to Ghana who is in the person of Ingrid Mollestad and not the president's girlfriend .

The claim that H.E Nana Addo Dankwa was seeing with one of his beautiful girlfriend chilling is 80 percent false and 20 percent true.
